The Retreat was brilliant. Very well organised and structured. Villa was amazing, food was delicious, and the activities were varied. The weather wasn’t bad either. Tash was brilliant. Talking throughout on what muscle groups we were engaging when doing pilates / stretching. Giving alternatives to us when required. The beach activities had some team workouts which made it a little competitive and in turn made us push that little bit harder. On our last day which was unfortunately raining, Tash took us to a private gym and got the whole group lifting weights - checking our form and posture.
